Register Now for the 2008 USA Judo National Junior Olympic Championships!

The entry packet is now available for the Junior Olympics to be held at the WALT DISNEY WORLD® Resort on July 25-27 in Orlando, Florida. The packet can be found at http://www.usjudo.org/documents/2008JuniorOlympicEntryForm.pdf

Please remember, the deadline for early entries is June 1, 2008. 

This year the Junior Olympics will feature an international division.  This is a great opportunity for our junior athletes to gain international competition experience.  The national age divisions will be on Friday and Saturday, July 25-26 and the new International Division has been added on Sunday, July 27.  The third day of competition will be open to competitors from both the United States as well as other nations in the Intermediate 2, Juvenile A, Juvenile B and IJF-Junior divisions which include athletes born between 1989 and 1997.

The following divisions will be contested at the event: 

• Bantam 1 (Born 2002)
• Bantam 2 (Born 2001)
• Bantam 3 (Born 2000)
• Intermediate 1 (Born 1998-1999)
• Intermediate 2 (Born 1996-1997)
• Juvenile A (Born 1994-1995)
• Juvenile B (Born 1992-1993)
• IJF-Junior (Born 1989 or later)
