USADA Forms

All athletes in the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency Out-Of-Competition Testing Pool are reminded that their third quarter Athlete Location Forms are PAST DUE.  All forms were to be completed by June 1.  Please submit these forms to USADA as soon as possible.  The new quarter begins July 1 and failure to have completed paperwork may result in a missed test.
