Texas A&M Scholarship Update

On February 24, Texas A&M University Vice President Dean Bresciani, hosted a reception at his home honoring Texas A&M Judo’s first judo scholarship.  Texas A&M Judo alumni  and supporters were in attendance as $16,000 was raised for the permanent endowed judo scholarship.  Texas A&M Judo hopes to have a second judo scholarship available by Fall 2006.   Donations to the Texas A&M Endowed Judo Scholarship are tax-deductible and count toward the One Spirit One Vision campaign, a $1 billion fund-raising effort aimed at helping Texas A&M attain a national Top 10 status.
