Change in procedure for applying for a background check

Effective immediately, please send (faxes are not acceptable) all background screen applications to the following address with a check in the amount of $16 made payable to SSCI: (At this time only checks, money orders or cashier's checks are acceptable).

With a passed screen you will receive a copy of the screen sent to you directly from SSCI.

Screens that are under review will be forwarded to the committee of USA Judo legal to review and you will be notified by the committee.

This address change is reflected on the background check application posted on www.usjudo.org
